How to recover your vehicle
When requested by a local borough, vehicles will be removed from a local highway and stored at our secure storage facility for 31 days. The owner of the vehicle is able to claim their vehicle within this period if the correct documentation is provided. You will need to arrange payment for the release of your vehicle. Vehicles can be collected from our depot or we can offer a delivery service. More details can be found below.
Fees For Release:
Release fee: £150.00+VAT
Vehicle storage £25.00+VAT per day
We can also provide delivery of your vehicle back to your location of choice.
Vehicle Deliver Fees:
Inside West London: £250.00+VAT
POA for delivery outside of West London
Opening Hours for Collection:
Monday - Friday: 09:00am - 16.00pm
Payment must be made by debit/credit card or Bank Transfer
Required Documentation
Proof of identity will be required with the following documents:
- Proof of Valid Road Tax
- Drivers License or Valid Passport
- V5 Registration Document
- Utility Bill
